James made everything very simple to understand and I felt very reassured by his advice. He even offered me advice on longer-term pension planning, which was extremely useful but I am sure I will be consulting him again in the future. James did not encourage me to spend additional money on services I did not require and I was grateful for this. I would have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone else who is unsure as to what they are doing and do not fully understand all the jargon.
